Arte Condominiums is a mixed-use residential condominium project by Emblem Developments in Mississauga. This pre-construction condo is located at 89 Dundas Street West in Cooksville neighbourhood close to Dundas Street West and Hurontario Street intersection. This 18-storey condominium will contain 427 residential units and 430 reserved underground parking spaces.

Location & Neighbourhood

Cooksville is one of Mississauga’s most promising neighbourhoods. It is a vibrant community filled with amenities. And, it is set to receive many infrastructure improvements.

Most notably, this development is very close to the Cooksville GO Train Station. It is reachable in 13 minutes by foot. Local commuters can then take a train to downtown Toronto in 31 minutes.

And that’s just the beginning. This residence is located next to the long-awaited Hurontario LRT. In 2022, condo residents will be able to ride this 18-kilometre-long express line. As a result, commuters will be able to easily reach Port Credit GO and Brampton Gateway Terminal.

But there’s still more in store for this nascent neighbourhood. The Dundas Connect master plan will bring many municipal upgrades to Cooksville. This includes the the future east-west Dundas Street Bus Rapid Transit.

Most of all, the top improvement will be the Cooksville Mobility Hub. This interchange station will allow transfers between Milton GO and the Hurontario LRT. Other upgrades include a new train station and a network of public roads.

And yet, even before these changes take place, Cooksville is a bustling community in its own right. Its many nearby shops and services helped it earn a sublime Walk Score of 82.
