Meanwhile, the townhomes will have 9-foot ceilings for the front entry floor, 10-foot main floor ceilings and 9-foot second floor ceilings. The sizes of the units will range from 2,050 to 6,010 square feet.

Kylemore Communities called on three award-winning firms to perfect the contemporary and modern designs of these homes. RN Design; Hunt Design Associates; and Guthrie Muskovich Architects collaborated to uplift these gorgeously designed townhouses, singles and semis.

The exterior designs combine farmhouse architectural styling with dark modern details. Simple white stone will contrast elegantly with natural wood and smooth dark metal. The brick will be stone, stucco, and/or siding exteriors with unique masonry arch and stucco detailing with keystones. Garages and doors will be finished with dark wood and the roofs will be steep to enhance elevation.

The interior designs are all in the name of wellness and luxury. Each room is designed with space, health, and wealth in mind. The kitchens will be open concept with large islands in the middle, and the living rooms will also be open concept to promote healthy air circulation and bonding time with family.

The buyer will have the choice of deluxe cabinets in the bathroom with quartz or granite countertops from builders standard samples. The master bathroom will be spa-inspired with an white oval tub or luxurious freestanding tub with a deck mounted faucet. Some bathrooms will have separate showers with marble jambs, porcelain or ceramic tiles and frameless glass shower enclosure on half walls with waterproof pot lights.
